How to identify a fake Galaxy Note II?

I am about to buy a Galaxy Note2 and the camera states it is 12 Mega Pixel is it possible?. I have tried: I have done some research and haven't seen and Galaxy note with the camera spec elsewhere

It can be two things: either the description is wrong or someone was trying to sell a fake Galaxy Note II that might have emerged owing to press-releases from 2012 that promised the Note II model to feature a 12- or 13-megapixel camera. It turned out that only Note III inherited that 13-megapixel camera. The Note II still had the 8-megapixel resolution.
