I have a Dell XPS One desktop all in one computer which doesn't turn on?

The computer power button and leds are powering on, I can see all fans working, I can't hear any beep and all I get is a black screen. This happened 2 weeks before and eventually computer started after many attempts. Now is frozen for 3 days. Yesterday I managed somehow to start it but I got a Blue screen of death with error code 0xc0000218 and a message that computer is collecting info and will restart. Nothing happened and I tried to restart it myself and now nothing happens. Regards
