I have Samsung Galaxy Note2 GT N7100 made in Vietnam?

It's software has gone corrupted and it shows white / blank screen, when turned on. I am not finding compatible software. What to do?. I have tried: Every possible measure.. I think it was caused by: Not known,sir. I just saw the message that encryption failed

How to know if it is genuine, I did not use it anyhow, my plan is to give it as a GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER. I'm so worried if my daughter may know this is a fake
