You can write a letter of pleading to claim financial hardship. If you can make a payment arrangement offer or a reduced fine amount that will work better for a response of agreement from the court. Family illness and financial hardship are two good reasons to ask for a reduced fine.

We run a fleet of vehicles and recently 2 of our drivers got caught speeding, both drivers currently have 9 points on there licenses , they have been asked to send a letter requesting a court date?

9 points on license, caught speeding again, letter to be sent requesting court date

Both drivers are in danger of losing their license and in their letter requesting a court date they also should apologize and it would be beneficial if they also could show proof that they enrolled in a driving safety course. If they are on your company insurance, you may be able to get a fee break for these courses. Because their license is their livelihood they also should ask the court for mercy so that they can still retain their license for income.

I have got a fine for driving unregistered vehicle?

Rego was expired just 1 day before. Now I want to write a letter for plea

Because the registration expired just 24 hours before the ticket, there may be a grace period for you to plea on. Show proof that you registered the vehicle immediately and promise to keep better track of when your registration is due. If you received proof in the mail that your registration was up and you did not renew it then you need to give the reason why it was lapsed.

Plea for License expired ticket?

Hi, I got a license expired ticket last week. I had paid the renew online, but never received the sticker. There is a bill 2802 that allows motorists to drive without up-to-date vehicle renewal sticker. Having said that, I want to create a plea to void this ticket. Can you help?. I have tried: I went to DMV and got the details about the law. I think it was caused by: Just because I didn't receive the sticker on time.

My son 31, lives with us, and has bipolar disorder. He got manic last week. Usually when we call the police, he ends up on the behavior unit of the hospital?

The police took him from the ER to the jail, without my knowledge. When I asked about it, I was told they could not say anything because of HIPAA law. I wrote a note yesterday to his assigned Public Defender. My son has been hospitalized three times. But this time when the police came to help, my husband, his stepfather, went to let the police in, before they pounded the door down, and my son panicked seeing the police and shoved my husband out of the way. My husband fell all the way down the steps. My son has been charged with domestic battery. I want my son to get the help he needs, but he doesn't deserve to be in jail. He needs help.

Asking a judge on what I can do to get drivers license back from suspension in 2006?

Suspended in 2006 for DUI on New Years 2005. Attended 2 month impatient rehab (voluntarily) and did the 12 step program. See a judge on Tuesday but would like to ask for help with where to go next. The probation and fine are finished as is the community service. Problem is the city destroyed the records back in '08 and the DMV has no idea where I should go next.. . Any suggestions would be appreciated.. . Thank you. I have tried: Competed the court required penalties.. I think it was caused by: The state fires probation officers as if they were a dime a dozen. Mine was replaced 4 times in my 10 months probation. It's no wonder the records are difficult for the Motor Vehicle Department to locate.

I had a ticket that my roommate picked up while his license was suspended here in Phoenix AZ back n 2013 and they impounded the car and he didn't pay fr the car being responsible for his license - I just found work , hence the regretable roommate and as I have gotten back on my feet I am resoring my license because in AZ if you have an unpaid ticket they susspend your license. iI have used public trnsportation and friends- well whatever you don't need to here this crap but what is the likelihood that if I write the judge to reduce the fine, since I lost a job over not having the car, was in economic hardship, I couldn't afford to get the car out so I lost that and now I have to pay this fine for having poor insight on whether or not this new roommate was trustworrthy and honest about his being able to drive?
