Write a Letter of Pleading

Questions and Answers

I got a letter of demand from a small claim court, the plaintiff is claiming that my mother's furniture is his, which is not true?

I have proof for some of the furniture but not everything. I have tried: Nothing, I want to write a plea to the court and I don't have a lawyer. I think it was caused by: The plaintiff just want my mother's furniture and taking advantage because I am the only one left in my family
