I have a Samsung Tab3 tablet and last night used a lock screen password instead of a previous pattern to lock my screen. Today I have forgotten the password and have tried to enter it several times. Even after 15 times I just receive the message 'wrong password'?

It does not give me an option to sign in with Google account details. I have logged into Google account on my PC but I can't find a readily available answer. I have tried: Tried to enter the correct password, tried to see if my Google A/c could help but I can't find any help. I think it was caused by: I changed my lock screen pattern to a password without making a note of it anywhere and today I have forgotten it.

I have been locked out of my password protected mobile?

I have an OUKITEL K6000 Pro Android Mobile which refuses to accept my password for access. Normal Power up just shows desktop and keyboard for entry details - but when entering my password it then shows - please enter your Privacy Protection Password. I have tried Recovery method using (pre power up) holding power button then press+release Volume Up which shows me (in very small text) - three choices for further progress.. 1-Recovery Mode. 2-FastBoot Mode. 3-Normal Boot. Along with the instruction to use Volume UP for select and Volume DOWN for OK.. When I select Recovery Mode followed by pressing the Volume Down I get the Green Android Module with a RED warning triangle with - No_Command underneath.. . *From this point I am stuck - can you advise please.. . Thanks. . Siralli. Once I reach the screen showing the Android Mobile and the words - No_ Command, I am unable to progress from this screen.

How can I progress further? I have tried: I have tried pressing combinations of power, Volume (up & down) plus a combination of both.

I have also tried swiping the screen in all directions, plus the use of return, home and menu buttons on my phone, all without making any further progress. I think it was caused by: I am unable to think of any reason for this, although I am not absolutely sure that the first screen shown (with the 3 options) is the correct screen that I should be seeing at the beginning. I have never yet seen "factory reset" on my screen when attempting to resolve this problem.
