Can I Clear my S4 without losing the data I've transferred to my new Note?

I just got a new Note4 and have transferred all my data from my S4 to my Note. I want to clear my S4 to give it to my son. If I do a Factory Data Reset on my S4 will that also remove all the data I've transferred onto my Note?

No, the factory reset on S4 will not affect Samsung Galaxy Note4. The reason for this is that as soon as you initiate a factory reset, all of your accounts become inactive; therefore, nothing is changed within them.
