I don't have additional settings?

I can't find additional settings. Every time I receive call I get a + in front of the number and I cannot call back a missed call because it has + in front of the number. How can I fix this? I don't know. Can you help me please?

Do the following:

  • Open your Phone app.
  • Press your Menu key, which is on the lower left-hand corner of your phone.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Call.
  • Tap Assisted Dialing.

Now the + will still show up but it will allow you to call and receive calls without any issues.

Upgraded from the S3 to S4, however the S4 does not allow me to?

Press the phone number down, the option to add to the reject list is not an option; how do I activate this option - just like my S3. I know how to manually add it to the reject list in S4
