However, if your phone is locked or you can't boot into your phone, you won't be able to to the above method and if you will go through the Android system recovery, you'll need a working volume key, at least your volume up. To format Galaxy gts 5360 using Hard Reset?
I want to format it as I have forgotten lock key ..So is there any chance to backup my file or reset my lock code using a Gmail account mail
Try inputting the wrong lock key and see if the phone prompts you to enter your Google account. If that doesn't work, you will need to purchase an app to bypass the lock screen. Log in to your Google account, the same one you used on the phone, on the play store website and purchase the screen lock bypass app here:
If your phone has mobile data or WiFi turned on, the app will be installed to it over the air once you complete the transaction on the play store website. Follow the instructions to unlock your phone and there will be no need to backup your data.
