Can I screen mirror my S4 to my Laptop (or PC) using a Miracast dongle?

I'm using a Miracast dongle instead of an AllShare Cast. I have a Laptop, running Windows, and I would like to share my S4 screen with my Laptop for a presentation I'm doing soon. I've successfully connect to my TV using the Miracast dongle multiple times. Is there a way to mirror my S4 screen onto my Laptop using Miracast?
