Private Mode has a pin and I didn't have a pin# I had a password?

Screen quit on my Galaxy S5 and instead of just replacing the screen they gave me a new phone. Now my private mode has a pin AND I HAD A PASSWORD NEVER A PIN #. How can I figure the pin # so I can get in my private folder? PLEASE HELP THANK YOU. I have tried: I've tried several pin #'s BUT I KNOW WHAT MY PASSWORD WAS. I NEVER SET A PIN. I think it was caused by: When my screen quit and Sprint gave me a new phone instead of just a new screen. Because I lost everything and had to put everything back on my phone and if there is a preset pin # then no one gave me that or told me where I can go to get it.

At Private Mode page it indicates it is secured by a pin and keeps asking for a pin?

This is my first access to Private Mode. On its page it indicates it is "secured with pin"and as I move toggle to the right to activate it asks for the pin. I assume it's the device pin and I give it that, but continually get " Wrong pin"...???. I have tried: Multiple tries with pin; several different possible pins... Nothing.... I think it was caused by: Have no idea?
