Your PC requires specialized drivers to connect to your Samsung Galaxy S4. These drivers are normally difficult to install; however, since you own a Samsung product, you can install these drivers along with a program to help you manage and sync your photos from your phone to your computer. It's called Samsung Kies, and it automatically configures your PC to properly connect to your phone with minimal set up. Click here to download the original Samsung Kies. Once the application has installed, plug your Samsung Galaxy S4 into your computer and follow the onscreen instructions. You will now be able to transfer your photos from your Samsung Galaxy S4 to your PC. Simply look in the Photos tab in Samsung Kies to view all of the photos you've taken with your Samsung Galaxy S4; from there, you will be able to transfer them to your computer. You can also do this with your music, videos, and application data files as well.

You can relax because the video is still there. You just need to download a special app from Samsung to view the contents of your camera's folder on your PC. The solution is to download an app called http://www.samsung.com/us/smart-switch/?Nt=y SamsungSwitch onto your PC. This app used to be known as Samung Kies. You can then try downloading your files from your phone your computer and the video should display on your PC as it does on your phone.

How to transfer a picture from my S4 to my desktop PC?

I have plugged in my phone to my PC. A file pops up saying select the program to launch this action. However there are no programs listed to select from. The space is blank. The option there was the cancel button.. I have tried: Connected directly from my computer. All files come up blank. I think it was caused by: No idea

Hi there! Where might I find my videos in the vast list in a WiFi file transfer?

I have tried the obvious places. Under camera, etc. any ideas? Or can I search somehow? I have an SG4. I have tried: Under camera and just clicking on random combinations of letters I don't recognize that could be it. Found pics under thumbnails. and as far as I can tell the videos are no where near them but they were shot using the same camera app that came with the phone. (as far as I know. Its a second hand phone). I think it was caused by: There's so many darn bells and whistles on this phone. Thousands of headings. Mom's boyfriend said they all came in factory default. I can't take them off but its like finding a needle in a haystack to find where my videos are stored so I can move them to my computer.

I want to transfer video files from my S4 mini to my desktop PC. I have opened the S4 as a media device with a USB cable, but cannot find where the video file is located. I have already downloaded all photographs from the DCIM folder. Where are the videos stored please?

I cannot find the video file even though I have looked right through the S4 when connected as a media file. I have tried: I have opened the card files and the phone files and downloaded all photographs but cannot find the videos to transfer. I can play the videos on my phone so I know they are there. I think it was caused by: Just stupidity and ignorance by the user I think
