The following are various requirements for the event:. We will host the event on our farm location in Homa Bay (near Sindo). We will need to organize for 30 employees, 24 already working on the farm and 6 working in. Nairobi. We have a budget of KES 100,000 for the Christmas Party. We want to provide food, drink and music at the event. We want to invite partners (wife or husband). We will also have a session in the beginning that helps break the ice, maybe you have some. suggestions for ways to do this. We will have a speech from both the COO and the CEO, each about 15 minutes. We want to invite 5 VIPs from our community or nearby area
