I can't download applications on my Lumia 530?
When I download the response is error 80070057 and 800c500, please help
- First of all, it is most likely that both errors are related to the date and time of your phone. Check the year, month, day, time zone, and time on your phone. To do that, press the home button, swipe left, and tap on "Settings". Tap on "date+time". Turn off "Set automatically" in the menu and check if your time, month, day, year, and time zone are correct.
- Switch your phone to another language, restart it, switch it to English, and restart again. To do that, press the home button, swipe left, and tap on "Settings". Tap on "language". Tap on "add a language" and choose one. Then, restart the phone. Switch the language back to English and restart your phone.
- Delete your account, restart the phone, add the account back. Press the home button, swipe left, and tap on "Settings". Tap on "email+accounts". Tap and hold the account and select "delete" (you may need to switch into flight mode and reboot the phone). Restart the phone and add the account back from the same "email+accounts" menu.
- Use another WiFi network or the mobile data connection if you were using WiFi.
