I can not figure out the Serial number?

I have went to settings and other places and can not find the serial number. I got this new phone from a friend and have no activation card or anything and have no idea what to do. All the places I have talked to have not helped, all I am trying to do is put a service on my phone for minutes and data, but I can not find the serial number. My Galaxy Core Prime won't start, and I need the serial number to fix it?

You see. I rooted my Galaxy Core Prime, and I need to find the serial number for it to fix it. Where would I find it without going into the settings? I have tried: I've looked at the back behind the battery, and I don't know what it would be under. I think it was caused by: I think it was because I rooted the phone.

Please use this Samsung Web page to help you to locate the serial number of your smartphone. In the first input field, select "Mobile". Then, "Cell Phones". Then, pick your carrier. Usually, the serial number is written next to "HEX" for Galaxy Core Prime models. You may also refer to the box of the unit to check the serial number.

I rooted my phone, and now its locked (custom binary blocked by FRP). I know how to unlock it back but I need my Serial Number!
