Questions and Answers

I'm trying to reboot my Samsung Galaxy Ace, but it crashes at a certain point where there is no menu. What do I do next? Help?

I'm trying to reboot my mobile. I think the SIM card is faulty. I thought it was the battery so got a new one (no difference) and the SIM is defective when I put in another phone. The SD card won't mount: E:failed on/dev/stl11. The install completes but it's now stuck on the screen and not doing anything or it repeats the logo at start up over and over. I have waited for as long as 30 minutes or more and the battery just dies.

Your phone is stuck in what's called a boot loop. As you probably already guessed, a boot loop occurs when your device loops from on to off and cannot boot past the logo screen. This is an incredibly frustrating event -- but fortunately, there is a way you can fix it. It's called a Factory Reset. This method deletes all of the data on your device to fix its software and allow it to run properly again. To learn how to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Ace, you can read through the VisiHow guide below.

However, if the menu you're referring to is the Factory Reset menu, and your phone can't complete its Factory Reset process, the phone may be suffering from a hardware malfunction, especially since before the boot loop your phone wasn't recognizing the SD card beforehand. In this case, you will need to contact Samsung's customer support to schedule a repair for your device. If you're under warranty and you didn't cause any damage to your device, you won't have to pay for the repairs. However, if you aren't under warranty or you did cause damage to your device, you may have to pay for the repairs.

My Samsung Galaxy Ace won't wipe/reset?

I have had the phone for over 2 years and this is the second time I am wiping it, but this time I cannot wipe it. When I go into recovery and try and wipe it, it just freezes at the wiping screen and I left it there for 3 hours and still nothing. I turned it OFF as it was getting quite hot.

I want to wipe my phone now because I can't actually get into the normal home screen because when I boot it, it automatically goes to the Recovery screen (where I wipe it).

Please help as this has annoyed me for 2 days now

Do you know how to fix Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 that is constantly rebooting. Factory Reset didn't work?

So I tried to swap my USB storage on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 with my new bought SD card because as a default USB storage is set as an extra and then it crashed and is rebooting constantly. I tried wiping cache and Factory Reset but it is still rebooting constantly. I don't know what to do

Galaxy Young problems, applications giving errors, not rebooting?

Hi, I have tried hard resetting my Galaxy young but the phone is not responsive to it. When it reboots it just stays stuck on the startup Samsung logo.

If the phone does come on it starts giving all sorts of application errors to say the application has stopped unexpectedly, giving an only option to force close. the error messages keep popping up disabling you to access anything on the phone.

I am having problems with my Samsung phone?

I have a Samsung S765C phone and I am having problems with my microphone - when I dial a number I can only hear the dialing tone if I use the Speaker on it. I have tried: Turning off - taking battery out - Samsung tech support (no luck there as they didn't have the knowledge), they said I needed to put it into safe mode and couldn't tell me how to do this. I think it was caused by: Not sure - I have someone try and get GP in it and used her headset and after that it seems to go wrong
