Questions and Answers

How will I know if the warrant issued to me is still active?

I got into case before last 2009, we are 3 in one case. I just got involved on it through my signature. We got detained for 15 days and bailed almost 100,000.00 then after that we were released by police. A week after, our employer filed a case against us..it's a theft...last 2010 of January I got a subpoena...they issued me a warrant for arrest. I did not appear in court even at once..after 6 years, I plan to get an NBI clearance but sad to know, somebody told me I can't get NBI clearance because I might got arrested. I really had this fear in mine, what should I do, there is a job waiting on me

Will a warrant be issued for me if I hide from my probation appointments?
