On Friday, June 8th at 8 PM. we will be having a meeting via Skype and you are invited. Please make sure that pasty.cline1 and joe.shmoe4 are added into your contacts on Skype for the meeting as they will be the main presenters of the Video call. If you do not have a webcam that is perfectly fine and you can choose the Voice Call option to answer.

How do I write a formal email, requesting a meeting to discuss business elements relating to a group assignment?

We are BBS (Bachelor of Business Studies) students needing to engage with a company in order to complete a Business Operations Assignment. The assignment is around investigating business environmental impacts, will entail 3 meetings over a semester, and cover 5 areas of concern.
