How to unlock the Samsung Galaxy Note4 from a device alert?

I got it from rent a center and they blocked me from using my Galaxy Note4 after only 2 days of having it, and I went to talk to them and they said they can't remove it because they never put one on the phone so when I turn the phone on it just pops up device alert it has been disabled and its giving me the IMEI number for the phone, so is there any way to unblock it or not? Its different because I have to figure out how to get rid of a device alert that has my phone locked permanently. I have tried: Factory hard reset I have tried talking to rent a center I have tried soft reset I just don't know what else to do. I think it was caused by: Not sure was working just fine and I cut it off to charge when I cut back on it said device alert and kept popping up with the IMEI number
