How can I unlock my Samsung 2014 10.2 tablet?

I set up a password on my 10.2 2014 Samsung tablet. I went through the process following the instructions in settings. I was able to lock-down and reopen successfully several times, then I decided that I didn't want it. When I went to reopen, my password stopped working. No matter how carefully I typed it in, my device would not accept it. Is there some way that I can get in and disable my password?. I have tried: Other than carefully retyping my password I didn't do anything else.. I think it was caused by: I was setting up for a more secure set up with "lookout" (antiviral, anti-theft). I think in doing so I also made look out the administrator on my tablet.

Login on the PC and go to [https://my.lookout.com/user/login Lookout Dashboard and remove your device. You can then disable the app on the tablet. Then try your passcode. Hopefully, it was the app causing the conflict. Try your password numerous times until you get the option to use your Google Account.

Data can only be saved if you use your Google Account to unlock the Lenovo A-536. It will have Lollipop or Marshmallow Android OS onboard which means you will still need a Google Account even after a hard reset. You could try to us Screenlock Bypass Pro by remotely installing it on your phone from Google Play but save yourself $5.00 and use your Google Account. Google has put in place several ways to regain your credentials if you forgot them. Do not change your password through Google as that will put your phone on lockdown for 72 hours.

Can't unlock my Lenovo k4 note after marshmallow update?

I remember my lock screen pattern, but the phone does not unlock afterward. I have tried: Tried unlocking via Google devices, by setting a new password. however, the message I got was that there is already a lock screen set up so the password that I have just entered is not needed. I think it was caused by: The upgrade to marshmallow

Click Forgot Pattern even though you know what the pattern is and then use your Google Account. You could also put it into Recovery Mode but choose Wipe Cache Partition and then Wipe Dalvik Cache. This does not cause a loss of data but some users reported that after the Marshmallow Update this allowed them to use the old pattern.

If for some reason your Google Account is not working to let you bypass the pattern lock, it will be because you have 2-Step Verification enabled on the account. Go to Google Accounts on the PC and choose My Account. Then click Security and towards the middle of the page will be the 2-Step Verification settings.

I can't unlock my S7 edge with a direction swipe lock screen?

Well, I was exploring the settings of my phone. When I stumbled on a new kind of screen lock. It is the one where you only have to swipe in different directions to unlock. So I was curious and activated that one, keeping in mind that I always could use my fingerprint scanner on my home button in case I forgot. BUT, when I closed my phone and wanted to open it the fingerprint didn't work anymore and I could only do the swipes to unlock my phone, and of course I forgot those. Also, I can't find any recovery possibility on that screen
