I'm in the root menu in my Mpie s960, and I can't read it because it is written in Chinese. Which is the factory reset button?

I have 8 points. Which is the one I need? I have tried: the 1st is not that. I think it was caused by: I can't read the Chinese language.

Even though there are 9 options in the picture, your 8-point menu may be similar. The 7th option below is the reset option. It can be different from device to device, but the two hieroglyphs should be the same. To restart the phone, select the 9th option.
