How to unlock an Android HTM 5C?

The pattern is locked and my Google ID and password aren't working because the WiFi has not been enabled. How can I unlock it?

If WiFi is disabled on your Android HTM 5C and you are unable to enter your Google account information to unlock your device, you will unfortunately need to perform a Factory Reset. This will remove all of your phone's data; however, it's the only way you can remove the forgotten password to gain access to your phone once again. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset, read through this great VisiHow article. After the reset is complete, be sure to log your phone into a Google account to which you remember the username and password, and be sure to keep WiFi or mobile data on at all times so you'll be able to recover your phone if you forget the password in the future.
