How to access Samsung S4 with TalkBack on?

I was testing TalkBack and got logged out. Couldn't get back in due to issues with entering PIN. Powered it off and on. Now I am trying to enter SIM PIN but can't get through this step it keeps telling me incorrect PIN (it isn't!)/ I am worried I will lock the SIM soon due to too many attempts. Any idea on how I get past this? How do I key in the SIM PIN then enter it? I have tried double tap.

I can't turn it off because I have installed Hola launcher so I can't scroll down or up. I have tried: To uninstall the app but I am not able too

To scroll up or down use either of the two that works with your Hola launcher:

Well, it's not really a question?

My device does not show TalkBack as a service anymore. It is on (and driving me nuts as well), but it's not shown as a service, and as if it was not enough, my phone is also in negative mode and does not show that up anymore either.... I have tried: I've turned the phone on and off several times and tried following the steps, but it's still not showing up. I think it was caused by: Obviously, I turned it on (by accident) but I have no idea why it's not showing up in the settings anymore.
