How to thank a friend who just invited me to his wedding?
How do I reply by thanking him through the phone or on Facebook wall.
Thanking someone on their Facebook wall for an invitation to their wedding is, while perhaps somewhat modern, one of the worst things you could do. Wedding invitations are a source of stress for every couple planing to get married, and usually something the bride agonizes over for hours. Sending a thank you over Facebook is likely to put her in tears.
Instead, hand write a short letter thanking them, put it in an envelope, and mail it through the post. This is the sort of thing that will make the bride's day, and make you look great. As a bonus, if you're single, you'll win points with the bride, who will tell her bridesmaids what a great guy you are, or, if you're a girl, she'll tell any of her male friends attending how wonderful you are.
Ten to thirty minutes of your time is a small thanks for the expense and planning that goes into a wedding, and is a gesture you should take the time to make.

How can I reply by saying yes to invitation?
Invitation sent and need confirmation for attendance
Nobody wants to read a really long acceptance note. Something like the following is all you will need to properly accept an invitation. This is a fairly informal reply.
"Hi [NAME OF PERSON].
Thanks so much for inviting me to [EVENT]. Just wanted to let you know that I can make it and I'm really looking forward to seeing you then.
Please let me know if there's anything you'd like me to bring.
See you soon!
