How to test Samsung A5 that the signal is proper and no effect?

My signal goes always up and down, I don't know whether the network has a problem or the mobile signal is weak

Fluctuations of the network signal are normal, especially when you are on the move and the network mode switches. Every wall, interference, or position in an enclosed space affects the signal. To compare the expected signal strength and the signal, check the network mode on your phone, which is indicated by the icons above (G, E, H, H+, 3G, 4G, R (roaming)). Then, contact the carrier or check its Web site for the coverage map for different network modes. Go out in the open in your area and compare the results of the signal of your phone with the expected coverage map results. If the result differs, then you might have SIM card or the antenna problems in your phone. SIM card can be replaced easily at the office of the carrier.

The other way to test the signal is to take another phone with the same SIM-card size and put your SIM card inside to check the difference at the same network mode. Also, test your signal strength with Network Signal Info on two different phones.
