How to restore Galaxy Y through a Hard Reset?
My problem is my Galaxy Y is only at the logo screen. It won't open.
If your Samsung Galaxy Y is stuck at its logo screen, it means your device is in a boot loop. As the name implies, a boot loop is when your phone loops from on to off and never moves past the Samsung logo screen. Unfortunately, since you are unable to boot into Android, you will have to perform a Factory Reset, also known as a Hard Reset. This method removes all of the data from your device to fix the software glitch that is causing your boot loop. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. If the reset fixes your problem, you can continue using your phone as you normally would. However, if the reset can't complete or if it doesn't fix the problem, you will need to contact Samsung or your carrier to schedule a repair.
Can you say a solution for hard reset?
