My kid locked my Samsung S2, now I can't get past the lock screen. Can you help me reset the password, without losing any info on my phone please. I have tried: Soft reset and hard reset, but I don't want to lose apps or info. I think it was caused by: My kid reset my number password, and now we both don't know what it could be
