If you have forgotten your Samsung Galaxy S4's lockscreen password and you are unable to unlock your phone, there are a couple of things you can do to try to unlock your phone again. First, try entering the wrong password up to 20 times until your phone asks you for your Google account information. When it does, enter it; your phone will then unlock, allowing you to remove or change the password to something you can remember. If you don't remember your Google account information, go to this Google website to try to recover it. If you are unable to recover your information, your phone doesn't ask for your Google account information, or you never signed into a Google account to begin with, you will need to perform a Factory Reset to unlock your phone. This will wipe all of your phone's data to bring it back to its original factory settings to unlock your phone so you can use it again. To learn how to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy S4, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow how-to article. Once the reset is complete, be sure to log your Samsung Galaxy S4 into a Google account to which you know the password so you can unlock your phone if you forget the lockscreen password in the future. Additionally, be sure to write down the password you choose on a piece of paper so you can refer to it in the future if you forget the password again. Keep this piece of paper somewhere safe and secure so it doesn't get lost or stolen.

I've already used the factory reset. I think it was caused by: My WiFi is always on. There is also some advertise pop on my phone.
