You can simply back up all of your data. If you are using a Samsung Galaxy series phone or note, you can download Samsung Kies. Once installed to your Mac or PC, this program will let you back up and sync your device. This way, once you restore it, you'll be able to get all of your information and apps back on your phone where they belong.
