How to request for meeting with new client to show our products?

I need to take an appointment or a meeting in Feb, 2017 with new client for offering our product to sell them. I am Indian and I will be traveling to Europe in February 2017. . Please guide me How can I impress and can fix a date of meeting.. . Hope to hear from you soon.. . Best Regards. Rahul. I did not get any template of Meeting request for abroad customer and request to fix meeting when I will be there after few month.

Infect I have to convince them to give the time when I will be travelling in Europe so I will schedule accordingly. I have tried: Well, I got everything in your template but I have been stopped due to situation of request that how to explain them and I don't want to ruin my new client. I think it was caused by: If my request is not proper or present in a proper way, might be they will not take interest and denied my request for appointment.
