I have an Android Device that runs on Lollipop 5.0?

There are some instance that my device's Anti Theft runs automatically even though I have not enabled it. I recently removed my SIM card and attached it again, then after turning it on suddenly out of just the 4 digit PIN code that I used to enter now it is requiring me to enter the Privacy Protection Password (which I do not remember). I am currently researching on how to unlock my phone. I'm using a Cherry mobile Flare XL the Brand is not much identified in the market Internationally so it's quite a challenge for me. Especially when I am worrying about the possibilities of having a different settings though it also runs on Android. I have tried: Factory Reset my Phone (had no effect)

Removed the SIM card but not the battery as the computer does not recognize the phone via USB connection thus it does not turn on especially when I have the battery removed. I think it was caused by: Malfunctioning of Anti Theft

The phone automatically reverted to Anti Theft mode after changing the SIM or removal or reinsertion of the SIM card on the Phone.
