In this instance, you can remove your phone's battery and SIM card and then turn the phone back on to see if that changes anything. If not, your option is to enter your password, and tap enter. If that does not work try entering four zeros 0000 as your password. Check out or newly updated guide Bypass Privacy Protection Password on Android

If one was never set initially with the older SIM, try 0000 or 1234 with the new SIM. You may have to try more than one combination such as six 0's instead of 4.

How to remove or get privacy guard password in Spice MI 506 mobile?

My phone is asking for privacy guard password before entering the phone. I don't remember what the password was. Kindly help in that. If it requires to format/reset I won't bother.

It will require a hard reset and you also will have to reflash the phone with firmware. You can try to sign in first though by selecting Forgot Password and it will take you to a screen asking for your Google Account login details which will allow you to sign in and bypass the privacy guard.
