How to fix my itel phone from the "The process com.Android.phone has stopped" error message?
After uninstalling some applications and restarting the device this message showed up and I can't boot to the OS.
Since you've already uninstalled some applications and restarted the device afterwards, your next steps is to perform a Factory Reset. Any process error -- especially one that is from your Android operating system and not a third-party application -- is a sign that something in your operating system is malfunctioning. The Factory Reset that you perform will wipe all of your phone's data to bring it back to its original factory settings and, hopefully, fix the error message that you've been receiving. To perform a proper Factory Reset on your itel Android phone, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. Once the reset is complete, turn your phone on normally to see if you are able to use the Android operating system normally again. If you are, you're all set: your phone will now work the way it should. However, if the Factory Reset doesn't finish or if it does finish and doesn't fix the error message, you will need to contact itel's customer support line to talk to a customer service representative about scheduling a repair or replacement for your device, as it's very likely that your device is suffering from a hardware malfunction. Depending on the severity of the hardware malfunction and your warranty terms with itel, you may or may not have to pay for the repairs or replacement.
