How to reboot my Samsung Galaxy Y mobile?
What can I do for this problem with our mobile?
To reboot your Samsung Galaxy Y, do the following:
- Press the home button and unlock the phone.
- Hold your power button until the window appears.
- Tap Restart.
Your phone will now reboot. However, if you want to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Y because of issues you're having with your device, you can follow the instructions in the great VisiHow article below. Alternatively, you can [Perform a factory reset on Android Device read through this VisiHow article], which is a general overview of how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your Android device. Remember that a Factory Reset will wipe all of your phone's data.
If the Factory Reset does not solve your problem, you will need to call Samsung to schedule a repair. A Factory Reset only fixes software problems; if you are still having issues after a Factory Reset, your hardware is malfunctioning and it will need to be fixed.
Went to Factory Reset my Galaxy and crashed. Now when I turn it ON, it comes up as Factory Reset but if I try to do anything it crashes?
