How to install and properly play PSP games in PC?

I downloaded naruto ship puden ultimate ninja storm 3 full burst n it installed properly but whenever I play it doesn't respond properly n the system freezes

What to do?

Check to see if you get any error messages, as looking those up could be a way to solve your problem. An extreme solution would be to uninstall and then reinstall both the game and the emulator. Start with the game, and then do PPSSPP itself if that doesn't work.
