How to open the Cherry mobile, virus detected?

The Cherry mobile cannot open because of the virus. I have tried: The phone is not open because of the virus . I think it was caused by: Virus


Power down your smartphone. Press and hold the volume-up and power buttons for approximately 10 seconds. When a green robot appears, release the buttons and press and hold the power button until you see the recovery menu where you can choose "wipe data/factory reset", "Yes -- delete all user data", and "reboot system now" with the volume buttons and the power button for confirmation. If you do not see "wipe data/factory reset", then select "Full test" instead, which is a factory reset.
