How to move on with someone who can't love you back?

I really like him a lot but I think he likes someone else. He changed a lot after I told him about my feelings. It really hurts that the person you love can't love you back. I know the best thing to do right now is forget this feelings I have for him but it's not easy, it will never be easy because I still love him. I don't want to do this but I have to. I know that my question is weird and it should not be asked here. I am just searching for something and then this one came out and it says that I have to put a question first before I can leave this. I just don't know what do to right now that is why I choose that question. I hope you can help me. Thanks.
