How to get back my data, transferred by "Migrate Data" function?

Mistakenly I pressed "Migrate data" under Settings->Storage & USB ->Internal Storage. I thought that it will free up my device storage (because I have pressed in internal storage). But it copied data from my external memory card (formatted as internal storage) to the device storage. Now my device storage is full And I don't know to how to clear (Only way I know is hard reset and I afraid about my apps data which includes my progress). Please let me know how to do it. Thanks in advance.. . My Mobile model : Micromax Canvas A1. OS : Marshmallow(6.0.1)
