Questions and Answers

How to inform a customer who had requested for a discount on his purchased multicab in an installmen basist?

The problem is..the audit took two years after the customer had requested the said discount and now the company cannot grant his request and he still have a remaining balance to pay.... I am afraid that the customer might be frustrated about this because it was already a long time.. he might thought that he is already fully paid..but the truth is not yet...
