I want to reboot my S4 because I am attempting to get my Bluetooth function to work. How do I do this?

I used airplane mode last night and I understand that this may be the cause of my Bluetooth now failing to work. (The airplane mode is off.) I am attempting to reboot as I understand that is may solve the problem.

I am trying to decide if I should reset my phone because of a syncing problem?

I have a Fitbit device that up until recently would sync to my Samsung Note4. Suddenly, after not wearing my Fitbit for a couple weeks it isn't syncing to my phone. I tried to trouble shoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turning the Bluetooth off and on. I eventually attempted to unpair the device and pair it again. First the Fitbit was no longer seen when scanning for available devices. Then after messing with Fitbit troubleshooting the device was seen but will not pair with my phone. The Fitbit was purchased in January and I either need to fix the pairing issue that my phone is causing or attempt an exchange from Fitbit. Any suggestions? I feel that a system upgrade may have caused the problem and a reset may fix the problem. But I do not want to go through the work of finding a way to store my photos and contacts and losing vital information if I am wrong about that. Also if my Fitbit Charge 2 is replaced and the problem is with the phone then I have wasted my time
