How to I get my Samsung Tablet to run on my HDMI TV?
Everything is connected, still nothing. when I plug into my phone though, it works
If you are using an MHL converter to mirror your Samsung Tablet as per your information. Please check the screen output if you have it in the correct program, like HMDI 1 or HDMI 2. Try also another HDMI cord for you to check if it was the HDMI cord has a problem. Power cycle the Tablet and the TV to refresh both systems as it normally resolves the some issues.
This will depend on the model of your Samsung device, not all tablets have the capabilities to output onto a TV using the HDMI input chord. I will need a lot more information in terms of what your Tablet model number is and also the model of your TV.
Search online to see if your Tablet is capable of this process the same way that your phone is capable.
Also, try to use the Screen mirror option on your device if this option is available in order to project your tablet's screen onto your HD TV. The option will be located in your settings menu on your device if available.
Connecting my Samsung Tab 3 to my LG Smart TV?
Hi, I have just bought a new LG Smart TV and want to connect my Tab 3 up to it so I can watch Google play films... how do I do this?
If you have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and wanted to mirror it on your LG TV. You need to purchase an add-on adapter for you to mirror its content and share to a larger screen. You need to purchase a USB to HDMI Output adapter.
Due to the lack of the tablets feature to mirror your tablet's screen since it does not have a built-in HDMI port. You can purchase this adapter to any electronic store near you, you can simply ask for a USB MHL to HDMI adapter.
This has a very simply installation. You just need to connect the USB cable from your Tablet then to the MHL converter and connect the HDMI adapter to the HDMI slot on the MHL converter and the other end to the TV. By simply changing the TV's video out put, you should be able to see your Tablet screen being mirrored.
If you are wondering if there is another way to mirror your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to your LG TV without buying this MHL adapter. Unfortunately, there is no other way since that it is not a Samsung TV as well. You can only mirror your phone without purchasing this adapter if you have a Samsung TV which is compatible with Smart View or AllShare.

Which version of the Galaxy tab 3 do you have and which adapter did you buy? The 7 inch version does not have the video out capability. Check out the compatibility chart here:
Connecting Samsung Tab 2 to TV?
I can not find an adapter that isn't really expensive, I'm a student so I have a very small budget. Any idea where I can get a cheap Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and HDMI adapter?
The problem is that this smartphone may have no MHL adapter at all. Only some model are compatible with specific MHL adapters, which are inconclusive in testing (no specific model). You can buy Chromecast instead for around $30, which is big money for the average worker in some countries and some students. Alas, there is nothing less expensive. You will need to install Google Cast on your smartphone and plug the dongle into the HDMI input of the television set. We have a tutorial with setting up Chromecast and projecting the screen of Nexus 6P with Chromecast, which demonstrates how Chromecast works.

I want to use my SM T560 on my TV?
I purchased what I thought was a microUSB to HDMI cable to connect my SM T560 to my TV. The cable says MHL to HDMI, it appeared to have the correct connections but did not work. No signal on TV via HDMI connection. There is also a USB connection to charge my Tablet, which also does not work, I suspect I have purchased the wrong cable. What cable do I require.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab E does not cast like other MHL/HDMI methods because it has two micro USB ports. If you have a Smart TV, then you can install the app EZ Cast to screen mirror. There is also the option of the AllShare Cast HUB but it is currently not supported yet by the Samsung Tab E. My husband was able to stream via the EZ Cast to our non Samsung Smart TV. Unfortunately it seems that Samsung has taken the option of currently only supporting the Samsung Smart TV devices with their tablets and not other methods.
My Samsung Galaxy has a USB connected to it, but my Samsung LED TV won't recognize it when searches on?
My Samsung Tab3 and my Samsung LED television
Make sure that you have screen mirroring enabled on the device. Then unplug the TV for a few minutes before attempting the new connection. Both devices will need to be logged into the same WiFi. If your TV has a seperate option on your router such as Samsung TV then your tablet will also need to be connected to that option for you to cast.
