I don't want to install any external software for this

It is impossible to do it through the Command Prompt, but there is a solution for you: download a portable unerase tool that will allow you to undelete files without installing anything. You can try these applications: DataRecovery, TestDisk, Recuva Portable, etc. Just download them, unpack them if necessary, and run them to scan your system and find some of the erased files.
