How to get the count of pass and fail for country list?

Hi, I have a few set of Country names and as well as pass and fail against them now I need a formula to count how many number of case passed & failed for that particular country . . for example London, I have 3 fail and 3 pass same way for other countries. I have tried: I tried count if and countifs formula but I get failed and pass count all together not for that specific country. I think it was caused by: Trying to figure it out.
