How to get rid of chickenpox in face? How long does it remain in face?

I am affected with chickenpox for the past 1 week. Nearly 10-15 blisters appeared all over my face. My mom suggested to apply some neem leaves paste on it. It dried and later when I tried to remove that dry paste from my face it also removed the blisters and therefore the top layer of skin was removed. Will the skin regrow faster or will it leave any scar on my face?
