How to get on-screen text notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S5? Thanks.
Switched over from iOS and can't see to activate this feature.
When you get a text message on your new Samsung Galaxy S5, your phone's notification bar will show that you have a message. In addition, your Galaxy S5's notification light will blink occasionally to let you know there is a notification. However, unlike iOS, your Galaxy S5 by default will not show a message on the lock screen or the home screen when you receive a new message; you will only know that you have a message through the notifications bar or the blinking LED notification light. Thankfully, since Android is infinitely customizable, you can download an application that will give you the lockscreen notifications from iOS. The app you want to download is called Lock Screen Notifications; tap this link on your phone to download it. Once it's downloaded, tap the icon and set up your notifications the way you want them to display on your Samsung Galaxy S5.
Can't see when I have a text coming in, not unless I check, it is when I know I have a text, I used to know when I had a text?
Can't see when I have a text coming in, not unless I check, it is when I know I have a text, I used to know when I had a text.. I have tried: Turn it off, restarting my phone, checking to see if by chance I did something different that would cause me not to see them anymore.. I think it was caused by: I don't know
