How to get my niece phone backed up and running again?

My niece friends gave her a Samsung Galaxy core prime, she forgot to reset everything so my niece could use the phone, she moved out of town, can you help me get it to work again. I have tried: YouTube, checked on Google and none have worked so far.. I think it was caused by: I have no idea, please help!

How to unlock screen if I forgot pin code and Google account without doing a factory reset?

I forgot all pins an passwords for my Galaxy prime, and I do not want to do factory reset and I don't have access to a computer. I have tried: Just guessed a pin number and guessed Google and Microsoft accounts. I think it was caused by: I think my teenager changed the pin number which used to, he used the phone then it had a screen lock!
