I am trying to export all contacts data from my S5?

Hi! I am handing back my work phone soon and want to export all my contacts data from both the SIM and phone into a table or document so that I do not lose my data. Ideally, it should be exported into a format that would be easily transferred to a new phone (exact phone yet to be confirmed) but at the very least, I want to be able to read the contacts so I can manually enter them if required. Many thanks!

The best solution for you is Contacts / SMS /LOG CSV Export. This program will allow you to export all of the contacts from your address book to Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, or "CSV" (viewable in Excel). To export the contacts, launch Contacts Export after you install it. Tap on "Export Contacts". Choose the file format, any other features that you like, and tap on "Export".

The other option helps if your contacts are synchronized with your Google account. Just go to https://contacts.google.com to find all of your contacts. You can export them there if needed, but it is easier to just use the Google account and its credentials on a new phone just to synchronize all of the contacts automatically into it.

How do I retrieve calendar and memos?

I got the S7 and thought it should have my S6 since it was newer and less than a year old. I thought that when I took it to Verizon store that everything would be backed up and transferred to new phone. He is not happy with me right now.

How to view my calendar when my phone is damaged by water?

My phone was submerged in water. My lifeline is through my phone. I use my calendar to schedule appointments etc.. I'm not sure if it is backed up or if it is not, where to look. Would I be able to view on someone else phone via my SIM card. The phone store would not appear at my phone because of the water damage.

Unfortunately you have likely lost your calendar as most people don't tend to move what are considered to be "unmovable" apps to their microSD, even though it is actually possible to do so. When you first download an app to your phone it is automatically downloaded to the internal device on your storage card. However it sounds like your SIM card is damaged as well if the files could not be viewed at the phone store Still, you could check this by inserting the SIM card into a hard computer and see if you can see any apps or files on it such as your missing calendar stored on there. If you remember storing it on your SIM card and not the device then you may be in luck.

My Camera is too full and won't let me use it to take pics. I need to delete some pics, but I want to make sure they are backed up somewhere else first.

How do I free up space on my phone? I want to delete photos, but how can I check for sure that they are already backed up somewhere else?

There are many methods that will help you back up your photographs. Please take a look at all of them in our article on how to transfer media files from Samsung Galaxy to PC (and vice versa). You will be able to view the pictures on the computer afterwards. Once you have done that, you are free to erase them on the smartphone.

How do I speed up my laptop in order to have it run much more efficiently?

My laptop is extremely slow, I've got over 10000 pictures on there, I do not want to lose any, I only use free internet security, I initially had Norton antivirus on there, I deleted it and installed AVAST, however Norton will not go away and my laptop keeps saying I'm at risk or infected. My laptop was off for a year because I moved house and could not find the power cable, I'm in desperate need of help, cannot afford a new laptop, I have so much that I need to do online and my laptop is almost useless
