How to flash a stock ROM for my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160?

I had a problem with my Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160, I've rooted it and after an unsuccessful flashing of a custom ROM some of the pre-installed app such as the home launcher and its keyboard are gone. Now I have no way to type my email and password..
