How to add calls while one call is in progress, do not see that option on S4 i9500?

Cannot see this option, also many other options like sound booster are not available, tried to see if the settings are not right, but cannot figure out

I own an S4 and I have a lot of experience in adding calls to the current phone call that you are in at this time. I will be able to give you information on how to perform the process on your device to add calls to your current conversation:

-Start a call

-While in the call take the phone away from your face

-Press on the "Add call" button

-Enter the new phone number and press call

-Afterwards you are going to need to tap on the option merge

This will merge both calls together on your device, also understand that if you do not wish to merge simply do not press the merge button and instead focus on each call by using the swap feature to go back and forth on your device.

3 way calling on the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 - end one call and make another call?

I made the call and add the other call then I would like to end one call and keep the other caller on the line to make another conference call but the "add call" button is grayed out on the phone and when I hit the bottom left button it only gives me the option to "messages", "contact" or "memo" but on the YouTube video it says I should have an option to Manage Conference Call...so I can end one call and leave the other caller on the line and dial another call and merge those new call in for another conference call without hanging up the entire call. Is there an app for that or is that where Verizon the carrier does not allow that

How do I end up a call on Samsung smartphone devices using Marshmallow?

When I call one of my contact numbers and the person I called ends the call between us, my phone screen remains on with no option to end it automatically. So, basically, it looks like is still connected and the phone doesn't end the call itself. Is there any setting available to change it to the way I wanted or do I have to end it myself by always pressing the 'end call' on the screen? Just to mention that if it's the other way around (the person calls me), there are no issues.. Thanks a lot!. I have tried: Had a look through settings but didn't find anything related to this issue. I think it was caused by: Really don't know... Maybe the Android...
