How to Transfer mp3 files from PC desktop to Samsung Galaxy Note4?

Hi - I'm a singer - songwriter with my own original tracks stored as mp3 files on my desktop that I wish to download to my Samsung Galaxy Note4 so that I may have them portable to perform with anytime. What are the steps to transfer tunes in iTunes library (on PC, not Mac) to smartphone? Thanks for your help! I do not know. I just got here and this window popped up before I had a chance to scope out the page...

Is there a way to select multiple tracks in a Galaxy S4 playlist?

I don't know if this was asked already. But is there any way select multiple tracks in the music player playlist and move them into the order you want?. I had to replace 300+ songs (while adding another 300) to my S4 after having to replace the phone. Since they weren't saved in the cloud I had to manually add them again to my phone. However the songs did not "add" in the order I wanted them. Now I have to manually reorder the all over again and moving each track one of a time is very tedious. . I had searched for any solution and did not find any. Even trying to create a backup playlist in the "cloud" was a pain because the site times out. But then I wonder if creating a playlist was even worth it in the cloud. Is there anything that I can do? I asked this question as I could not find any answers online to solve this problem. Since many of the apps had been updated on the replacement phone I wondered if such an option was possible. I have tried: I've tried using the Cloud to create a playlist but it won't keep the title. So I kept the music backed up in the Cloud just in case. I think it was caused by: There are no problems. Just wondering if this had ever been considered.
